Our company values customer satisfaction and strives to deliver each order with the highest quality and accuracy.
Please review our return policy, which is regulated by the Civil Code of Georgia and the Law on Consumer Rights Protection.


1. Digital Products

Digital invitations delivered in formats such as PDF, PNG, JPG, or via personalized links are non-refundable and non-returnable, as digital delivery is considered completed and usable instantly.


2. Physical Products (if applicable)

If the product is delivered in physical form (e.g., printed invitations), a return is possible only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery;

  • The received design does not match the ordered model.

In such cases, the customer must send us a photo and description within 3 business days of receiving the product.
We will offer either a replacement or a full refund.


3. Personalized Orders

Custom-made invitations (with customer’s name, date, text, or individual design) cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases where an error occurred due to our team’s fault.


4. Delayed Delivery

If delivery is delayed due to our fault or the service was not provided within the agreed timeframe, the customer has the right to request either a refund or a bonus for a future order.
